Etairos Accounting Coronavirus Announcement
Added on by Etairos Accounting
Like virtually every business across Australia, Etairos has been significantly affected by the COVID-19 Virus.
At Etairos, our primary focus is on the health and safety of our team members, our clients and the extended business community that we are associated with. Accordingly, we have implemented a series of best practice measures as recommended by the Health Authorities.
It is very much "Business As Usual” for us though, and as you can imagine we are extremely busy dealing with the financial impacts of COVID-19 on our clients, and the various Stimulus measures of the State and Federal Governments that are currently being made available.
With the assistance of our IT Partners, we are 100% mobile and are therefore able to work 100% from home if a total shutdown is implemented, however, whilst we are able, we have 50% of our staff working from home and the balance working in the office, which will remain open as long as we are permitted. Social distancing, cleansing, and all other recommended health protocols are being enforced.
Whilst the crisis continues, we are still available for client meetings as required, but will minimise these through phone and e-mail communication and Digital Meetings as required. Compliance documents can be authorised and signed electronically including Financial Statements, Tax Returns, BAS and ASIC documents, to ensure that all your documents are lodged as required.
Every business is currently being impacted with the potential of enforced physical or economic closures. We are here to assist you to get access to every possible concession offered by the various Stimulus measures, and we will get as much information to you as it becomes available. These Stimulus measures are changing frequently, but our team are updated daily on the new concessions and are ready to assist.
As the current business climate is very fluid, we will aim to provide additional updates via information e-mails, our web site, social media, personal e-mails tailored to your circumstances or by personal phone calls.
A third newsletter will be issued today detailing the benefits of the recently issued JobKeeper subsidy, together with a summary of all previously released measures.
Stay Safe!
